Journal Entry 2: Lady Macbeth

Dear journal,

Now that I’ve got Macbeth to kill the king I will assure him that I will take care of all the details.  Now that King Duncan and his sons Malcolm and Macduff are coming to stay over tonight it will be the perfect opportunity for Macbeth to murder Duncan and gain all the power.  Although, I will need a plan just in case Macbeth decides he doesn’t want the consequences and guilt of killing the king.  I know, I will question what is most important to him, his man hood.

Dear journal, I just read the letter Macbeth had sent me, and honestly I am quite worried.  I mean Macbeth would love for that amount of power.  Altouhgh he isnt strong enough and doesn't have the courage to do what it takes to get the position he wants.  I suppose I could talk Macbeth into killing king Duncan and having my husband Macbeth, king.  Until next time Journal,
